Goods found to be damaged due to natural conditions or accidents after delivery.
The buyer must contact customer service via email or phone within the 14-day return period to notify of their intention to return the product, including the reason and clear photos of the product.
Upon approval of the return request, the buyer must return the product to the address specified by the site or seller within 7 days from the approval date.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error occurred on the seller’s part.
In case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error (product not matching the description), the buyer has the right to exchange the product for an identical one or receive a full refund.
Defects or errors must be reported within 7 days of product receipt, with proof of the defect or error.
Exchange or compensation requests will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after verifying the condition of the returned product and successfully completing the return process.
Shipping fees or administrative fees may be deducted if the return is for reasons unrelated to product defects.
No refunds will be issued for products that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
